St. Louis, MO
During Spring Break 2012, I was able to make a one day visit to St. Louis. While my stay was short, I was able to see the historic Laclede's Landing, the Gateway Arch, the Eads Bridge, CityGarden, and the historic Old Courthouse. The Gateway Arch at 630 feet in the sky provided amazing views of both the city and the Mississippi River. What I wasn't aware of is that the Arch is the tallest US monument. St. Louis was a great city to visit, and I can definitely see myself going back to watch a game or see some more famous sites!
I was able to return to St. Louis once more with my fiance as we traveled back to Indiana for the holidays. We only spent one night, but we were able to visit the Arch, checkout the new Midwest Live, and drink some highly recommended craft beers from Urban Chestnut.
