Where am I working?Currently, I am employed with CSAi, an architecture firm specializing in engineering, site acquisition, fiber and project management firm, specializing in telecommunications infrastructure and large venue design. My role is Site Acquisition Manager in charge of project coordination, site acquisition, and land use approvals. Typical assignments include visiting sites to identify potential candidates for new projects, preparing and submitting land use zoning applications for existing or new projects, coordinating with 3rd party vendors, and reviewing site plans. Since 2013, I've been working with wireless carriers in Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico on expanding their network presence by facilitating the leasing and zoning process for new wireless intercommunication facilities they hope to install and operate. This line of work requires code reviews, cross collaboration with competing interest, land analysis, problem solving, and working with the general public on potentially contentious proposals.

About MeI'm originally from Valparaiso, Indiana (a small city just southeast of Chicago). After graduating high school, I spent the next four years in Muncie, Indiana getting a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Development at Ball State. After graduation, I moved to Baltimore, Maryland to do a summer long internship in property management and development with Southern Management Corporation. At the end of the summer, I headed west to Denver, Colorado for graduate school at the University of Colorado Denver for Urban and Regional Planning.
Personally, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, watching educational documentaries, listening to music, being adventurous, playing sports, being active, watching movies, and meeting new people. By a long mile, my absolute favorite thing in the world is to people watch especially while I travel to new and beautiful locations. |
